Born and raised in New Zealand with over 20 years motorcycle mechanical experience, Anthony "Scoot" Patterson is the person behind Scoot Speed Shop.

Scoot has worked in multiple race paddocks including World Superbikes (WSBK), British Superbikes (BSB) and New Zealand Superbike Championship (NZSBK) with manufacturer supported teams and world champion riders.

Scoot possesses qualifications from both New Zealand and the United Kingdom.

• City and Guilds Advanced Diploma in Maintenance and Repair - Motorcycle Level 3.
• New Zealand National Certificate in Motor Industry (Motorcycle Engineering) Level 4.
• Engineering Council registered Engineering Technician (EngTech).
• BSc (Hons) Transport and Business Management - Loughborough University.
